Neighbor Parameters for an NBMA Interface
Parameter: Neighbor’s IP Address
Path: Configuration Manager > Protocols > IP > OSPF > Interfaces > Neighbors. >
Add.
Default: None
Options: IP address of neighbor
Function: Indicates by IP address a nonbroadcast multiaccess neighbor for this
interface.
Instructions: Enter the appropriate IP address of the nonbroadcast multiaccess neighbor in
dotted decimal notation.

Parameter: Enable
Path: Configuration Manager > Protocols > IP > OSPF > Interfaces > Neighbors.
Default: Enable
Options: Enable

Function: Allows you to enable and disable this neighbor configuration for this interface.
This parameter is useful if you want to temporarily disable a neighbor
configuration rather than delete it.
Instructions: Set to Disable if you want to disable this neighbor configuration. Or set to
Enable if you previously disabled this neighbor configuration and now want to
re-enable it.
