Creating a Historical Report 7-27

Page 2 of the Historical Report Wizard appears. The contents of this

window depend on what you selected in step 3, but it will be similar to

the window in the following illustration.

5. Depending on what you selected in step 3, select the split(s)/skill(s),

agent(s), trunk(s), or VDN(s) you want to report on

a. To choose all items in the “Available...” list, select Add All.

b. To choose individual items, highlight each and select Add.

c. Use the Remove and Remove All buttons to remove items that

you do not want to display.

6. When all the agent(s), split(s)/skill(s), trunk(s), or VDN(s) you want to

display are in the “Selected...” list, select Next.
