7-6 Creating a Real-Time Graph Report

If you choose “Agent summary” in the first wizard window and “By

split/skill” in the fourth wizard window, your report resembles the

following illustration.

Note

After you create a new report, you can save it if you want to. If

you try to close a report without saving it, a message appears

asking if you want to save the report.
