Call Detail Recording System Administration Guide
Using CDR Livestream
The CDR Livestream is an application that you can use to monitor real-time call activity from a
PC. You download the CDR Livestream to a PC, and are then able to connect to a BCM and view
and print real-time call activity.
To use CDR Livestream you require:
• a client PC to view the data
• a CDR user account with privileges for the CDR User Group on the BCM
• the CDR Livestream application installed and configured
To install CDR Livestream
1 Exit any Windows programs that are running.
2 Start a browser session and connect to the BCM web page.
The BCM Login dialog box appears.
3 Enter your username and password and click OK.
The Welcome to BCM page appears.
4 Click the Administrator Applications link.

Note: The CDR Livestream application for BCM50 2.0 only allows you to view records
from a BCM50 2.0 system. To use Livestreaming with earlier versions of BCM (BCM
3.x), use the appropriate 3.x version of the sample CDR Livestream application. The CDR
Livestream sample applications for BCM 4.0 or BCM50 2.0 do not run with BCM 3.x
systems.
