ATM ARE Line Parameters
You access the ATM ARE Line Parameters from the Configuration Manager.
Parameter: Cfg RxQ Length
Path: COM Connector > Edit Line > Edit Asynchronous Parameters
Default: None
Options: 1 to 255 bytes
Function: Specifies the maximum receive queue length in bytes. This parameter reduces
the size of the driver receive queue if the receive queue is larger than the value
of this parameter.
Instructions: Enter a value in the range 1 to 255.

Default: Enable
Options: Enable
| Disable
Function: Enables or disables the ATM ARE line driver.
Instructions: Select Enable or Disable.

Parameter: Interface MTU
Path: ATM Connector > Line Attributes > ATM ARE Line Driver Attributes
Default: 4608 octets
Options: 1 to 9188 octets
Function: Specifies the largest packet size that the router can transmit on this interface.
Instructions: Enter a value that is appropriate for the network.
