Configuring routes
Configuring routes allows you to set up access to the VoIP and the PSTN line pools. These routes
can be assigned to destination codes using schedules. You must configure your PSTN and VoIP
line pools before continuing.
To configure the PSTN route:
1 Open Services, Telephony Services, Call Routing and click on Routes.
Note: If you already have routes for your PSTN or VoIP line pools configured,
you do not need to configure new routes, unless you cannot match the dialed
digits. See “Configuring digits” on page 67.
