Route Server Cluster
You can combine multiple IBGP servers in a
route server cluster
. Within a
cluster, route servers can be connected in a hierarchical
tree topology
or a
full-mesh topology
.
Figure 8-4
shows an IBGP route server cluster consisting of three route servers
connected in a tree topology.
