Specifying the Maximum TTRT

The Maximum TTRT value must be

• Greater than or equal to 10 ms

• Greater than or equal to the value of the Requested TTRT parameter

• Less than or equal to 1336.9344 ms

igure 3-6 for the range of values for T_Max Lower Bound, in relation to

the other TTRT parameters.

Specifying the Requested TTRT

The Requested TTRT value must be

• Greater than the minimum TVX, speciﬁed with the TVX Lower Bound

parameter

• Less than or equal to the maximum TTRT (T_Max Lower Bound parameter)

to the other TTRT parameters.

Caution: Be extremely careful when editing FDDI path parameters such as

Requested TTRT. Change the default values only if the network is part of a

production or other specialized environment that requires customizing the

parameters.
