Call Detail Recording
The mobile clients support Call Detail Recording (CDR) for all calls initiated
or accepted by the mobile clients.
Interpret the CDR records according to the type of call made or received
by the mobile clients.
Direct outbound call
When a user makes an outgoing call, the mobile client user’s home CS
1000 generates two CDR records.
• The first CDR record provides details of the call from the mobile phone
to the service DN. In this record, the originator is the mobile phone
number and destination is the service DN.
• The second CDR record provides details of the outgoing call to the
called party. In this record, the originator is the username of the mobile
client user and the destination is the destination number dialed by the
user.
