32 Chapter 2 Installing Interactive Voice Response

b From the Choose a File pull-down list, select the vos.cfg file.

c Click Transfer File to My PC.

The Save window opens.

d In the Save window, navigate to where you want to save the vos.cfg file on your PC.

e In the File Name field type the file name you want to download (vos.cfg).

f Click Save.

The file saves to the location you specified.

g Locate the file on your PC and open it in Wordpad.

h Notepad?

i Edit the file.

j Save your changes and close the file.

From the Business Element Manager, in the Advanced Configuration tab, click Transfer

File From my PC.

The Save window opens.
