Enabling Netboot or Directed Netboot

By default, the router obtains its software image from its local ﬁle system and its

conﬁguration ﬁle from a BOOTP server. You can display and change these

settings as follows:

1. Select Protocols➔Global Protocols➔Net Boot➔Global from the

Conﬁguration Manager window (Figure 3-1).

The Edit Netboot Global Parameters window appears (Figure 3-2).
