Performing diagnostics

The Diagnostics item displays the following phone-specific information:

• Diag Tools (Ping, do Route Traces)

• EtherStats (Speed, Auto Neg, CRC Errors, Collision)

• IP Stats (Packet Info)

• RUDP Stats (Message receive or transmit)

• QoS Stats

• DHCP Info

• Push Agent configuration

Use the following procedure to view diagnostic information.

2. Press the Up/Down keys to scroll

through the list and view IP Deskphone

information.

3. Press the Cancel soft key to cancel the

modifications.

1. Press the Services key, select

Telephone Options, and then select

Local Diagnostics.

2. Press the Up/Down keys to scroll

through the list of diagnostic information.

3. Press the Cancel soft key to return to

the Telephone Options menu.
